Maryanne Nicholls (www.maryannenicholls.co.uk) lives in Suffolk and works from her studio at home. After graduating with a first class honours degree from Suffolk College (University of East Anglia), she went on to Norwich School of Art and Design to complete her Masters in Fine Art.

Drawing is central to her practice and is the inspiration behind her sculptures – she creates large individual pieces for gardens and parklands - using a combination of fibreglass, resin, steel and copper.

Her work can be seen in private gardens in England and abroad, and her sculptures and drawings feature in exhibitions across the country. Maryanne is also a founder of DrawEast – contemporary drawing workshops –
