I live in Aldeburgh, Suffolk, and work from my studio at home.
The discipline of drawing and the study of anatomy are central to my practice. My rapid sketches inform my larger-scale drawings, paintings and sculptures. For those, I use layers of spontaneous mark-making to capture the movement and physicality of the subject, be it the human form or the flowers that grow in my garden.
My work has featured in exhibitions across the country and my former large, resin sculptures can be found in private gardens in England and abroad.
